Procedure
for Booking of Seats, Important Dates for Admission & Joining |

1 |
The
interested candidates can book their seats by downloading the application
form from the website (or) can be collected directly from the office. |

2 |
To
confirm your reservation of Seat, the application should be accompanied with the
Reservation Fee of Rs.25,000/= by DD. The DD
should be in favor of 'International Maritime Academy' payable at
Chennai. (Seat Reservation Receipt
will be sent immediately). |

3 |
Earlier
booking will ensure your seat for the immediate Batch. |
|
4 |
Last
date to send the application form to reserve your seat is
15th June 2008 (For the batch commencing from 1st July ) &
10th November (For the batch commencing from 1st
January).

5 |
Any extension of Date to
submit late application form, Can be requested from the Office. |
|
6 |
The Students should report the IMA-Administrative office along with the passport size Photograph (Two). Original 10th Std. Mark sheet & Passing Certificate etc., (The Exact Reporting Date will be informed to the
Students). |

7 |
Verification of Mark sheets & Medical Test will be
conducted at the Academy.
|

8 |
If the
Students
fail
in the Medical test (which will be conducted at the Academy), their
Reservation fee will be refunded back. |

9 |
The
students, who are medically fit & found their eligibility marks correct,
should pay the balance course fee before
25th
June 2008
(For the batch
commencing from 1st July )
(or) 25th Dec
2008
(For the batch commencing from 1st
January).

The students who have reserved their seats,
must come with their Personal items (List of items will
be informed by the Academy) to IMA Hostel. |
